What Customers Are Thinking In 2016

According to a 2016 outlook report by AlixPartners, 2016 will be a tricky year for restaurants. Food costs are down thanks in large part to oil prices deflating, and restaurant spending per capita is up, but conflicting customer priorities might force owners to hedge their bets which of these priorities they’re able to address.
