Serve up this banging sauce with wings the next time you host a football party!
1/2 cup of unsalted butter (1 stick)
2/3 cup hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Over medium heat, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Once the butter has melted entirely, stir in the remaining ingredients. Stir well while bringing to a simmer. Remove the saucepan from the heat just before it’s about to boil. Cool before serving. Shake well before using.
With this recipe, we recommend using Frank’s Red Hot Sauce because of its traditional flavor. For a little less kick to your sauce, cut back on the amount of cayenne pepper used or skip the black pepper.
